Took my own Webflow portfolio from 64 to 96+ on mobile PageSpeed without touching any animations or functionality.

What made the difference: deferred GSAP and third-party scripts to fire on user interaction instead of blocking paint, caught a duplicate Google Analytics load tanking the score, swapped blocking font patterns for non-blocking preloads, and removed a body opacity rule that was killing First Contentful Paint.

Maintained and improved the Webflow site for Baton Leads, a B2B referral platform that helps home service pros turn non-serviceable leads into revenue. Work included bug fixes, mobile responsiveness improvements, and content updates — plus a fully custom AI-powered lead routing automation built in Make.com.

What I Built:
The hero form now runs through an intelligent automation pipeline. When a prospect submits the form, Make.com triggers an OpenAI call to analyze the submission and determine whether it looks like spam or a bot. If flagged, it gets routed to a Slack review channel for manual inspection. If it passes, the lead is pushed directly to the sales Slack channel and the user is redirected to a confirmation page — all without any manual intervention.

Built a conversational AI Personal Assistant using n8n's AI Agent node powered by Groq's Llama 3 model. The agent autonomously decides which tool to use based on natural language input — reading Gmail emails, checking Google Calendar events, and creating meetings on command. Features conversation memory for context-aware multi-turn interactions.
